We “Thank You” in advance for your consideration in our Corporate Sponsorship Program. Instead of sponsoring just one event, your companies’ sponsorship dollars will go towards the following events:

Monday Night Icebreaker, Golf Tournament & The Keynote Dinner

Your sponsorship amenities will depend on your sponsorship level.

Five Star - $5000.00

  1. Your Company Logo and your URL placed on the AFCEA Conference website.
  2. Listed and highlighted in the Conference Program
  3. A complimentary full page ad in the Conference Program
  4. Signage at all sponsored activities
  5. A reserved table at the Keynote Dinner with your corporate name displayed on your table. Seating for 10.
  6. Your company name as sponsor on the kiosk panel placed in both the exhibition halls.
  7. Sponsor ribbon for your representative’s nametags.

Three Star - $3,500.00

  1. Your Company Logo and your URL placed on the AFCEA Conference website.
  2. Listed and highlighted in the Conference Program
  3. A complimentary half page ad in the Conference Program
  4. Signage at all sponsored activities
  5. 4 (four) complimentary seats at the Keynote Dinner.
  6. Your company name as sponsor on the kiosk panel placed in both the exhibition halls.
  7. Sponsor ribbon for your representative’s nametags.

Two Star - $2,500.00

  1. Your Company Logo and your URL placed on the AFCEA Conference website.
  2. Listed and highlighted in the Conference Program
  3. A complimentary quarter page ad in the Conference Program
  4. Signage at all sponsored activities
  5. 2 (two) complimentary seats at the Keynote Dinner.
  6. Sponsorship acknowledgment displayed at your booth
  7. Sponsor ribbon for your representative’s nametags.

Corporate Sponsorship Payment Information:

Commitments and artwork must be received by September 16, 2012. Payment can be made online (please see online form) or send checks payable to AFCEA.
